Principal’s Blog

Dear Parents,

We continue the season of Advent with hope and anticipation for the birth of Jesus. The students are preparing for the coming of Christ by participating daily in an all school Advent prayer service. Also the classrooms have Advent preparations such as Advent chains, Secret Santa’s, and other activities. Next week the third through eighth grade will be receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation as we prepare our hearts for Jesus’ birth.

Tomorrow night we would like to invite all to our Christmas program, “Little Lost Angel”, which will begin at 6:30 P.M. We want to thank Mr. Elison for preparing and directing this play and the students for working to make an outstanding production. We hope you and your guests can join us.

This week, teachers are doing final grading and preparing report cards. Report cards will be sent home with students on Friday,        December 10th. Please remember to ask your child for their report  card on Friday.

May God bless you during this Advent season!

Carol Funk, Principal
